Generally we bring the broken equipment back to our facility in Wooster, Ohio, to complete the repair process. This allows us to leverage the power of our team and state-of-the-art equipment. In rare occasions, we fix the equipment in the field.
Clark Fowler will set your motor up to include measurements of all components to ensure proper alignment as well as visually check couplings, vertical and horizontal planes for angularity and offset, shim replacements, & ensure repeatability.
